By accessing or using any website, mobile application, or service operated by Vision Technologies & Robotics (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity, or if you violate any provision of these Terms.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with their intended functionality. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive source code from our mobile applications or software.
• Modifying, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works based on the Services without express written consent.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services, including by introducing malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Using automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other unauthorized means to access or extract data from the Services.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or infringes on the rights of others.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

All content, software, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, source code, and other materials provided through the Services are the exclusive property of Vision Technologies & Robotics or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Services.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or transfer your access rights.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used without restriction or compensation to you.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vision Technologies & Roboticsand its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for access to the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or one thousand Indian Rupees (INR 1,000), whichever is greater.
