Problem Statement

How We Solved It

We split the stack into a headless commerce core with per-brand themed frontends on the edge, a shared design system, and an incremental migration that kept revenue flowing throughout.

Outcome

LCP improved to 1.4s. Conversion rose 22%. Marketing now ships new landing pages in hours instead of sprints.
